Upon entering, the room was disgusting and reeked of urine. We found a puddle on the bathroom floor that housekeeping barely cleaned, making the entire experience nauseating. Overall, I felt disturbed and let down throughout my stay.

We loved the convenience of being near multiple sports complexes, which kept our kids entertained. The breakfast buffet was quite decent and the dining area had a welcoming vibe. Plus, the staff were overall friendly and accommodating during our stay.

My kids wished the pool area was better maintained, as it seemed a bit rundown and the umbrellas were broken. A safer, better-lit parking area would be ideal for families.

I appreciated the efficient 24-hour business center that met my work-related needs. The dining experience was superb, particularly the breakfast with its selection of homemade granola, fresh fruit, and a full buffet of meats and eggs, enhancing my overall experience.
